Mssion:
TCFIDA is a community based association working on community development to reach its vision. Association cooperates with non-government organizations and other stakeholders to promote democracy, human rights, socio-economic development, and environment.
Goal:
Improve farmers’ livelihoods through integrated community development on socio-economy, agriculture, environment, human right and democracy development in ownership and sustainability.
Target Area:
The Takeo Community Forestry Integrated Development Association was started as part of an MCC initiated project in 1994. MCC supplied staff until 2000 and since then has provided an advisor to work part-time. In addition to community forestry activities, the association has also supported village credit, primary health and livestock activities include water and food security over the past several years.
